As an operations consultant specializing in no-code business process design for mission-driven and creative organizations and entrepreneurs, I set up your administrative systems so you can concentrate on what matters. Though I’m open to most projects, I most enjoy working with community and global nonprofits, social justice networks, independent artists, and small businesses.

For the last 15 years, I’ve worked on building operations within international organizations and universities, where systems must be secure, accessible, and able to evolve with the institution's needs. I’ve built operational systems across HR, finance, IT, development, travel and event planning, and internal communications, often in fully remote teams spanning multiple countries and time zones.
